Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

Handling Time: 1–3 business days after placing your order.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

- Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can initiate a return after receiving the item by following our Return Policy.
- What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Personalized or customized handbags, as well as items marked as “Final Sale,” are not eligible for returns.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item passes inspection. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
- What if I order the wrong product?

If the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll correct it for you.
If the order has already been dispatched, you can return the incorrect item within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and meet our Return Policy.
For a faster resolution, you may place a new order for the correct product while we process your return. Refunds for the returned item will be issued once it has passed inspection.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, inspect the package immediately:
Visible Damage: Reject the delivery and inform the courier.
Discovered Later: Contact us within 48 hours at support@trendcarry.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund. If required, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged item.
- How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment through the courier’s website or our Track Your Order page.

- What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll update the address for you.
If the order is already in transit, changes may not be possible. If the package is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
